2024 CHEVY BLAZER EV: PERFORMANCE & RANGE

We know the focus of an EV is often on the performance, so let’s start there! From superb fuel economy numbers to an assortment of drivetrains, you’ll truly feel like you’ve tailored the vehicle exactly to your tastes.

For example, there is the choice of front-wheel drive (FWD), rear-wheel drive (RWD), and all-wheel drive (AWD). Going even further is the Performance AWD configuration to deliver quality range and top-notch acceleration.

Using GM-estimated metrics, you’ll be able to preview what sort of range is possible with the Blazer EV. On a Performance AWD model, you can travel an impressive 290 miles. Opt for a FWD model and go even farther with 293 miles. The maximum range potential comes from the available RWD configuration, where you’ll achieve a GM-estimated 320 miles of range.

This model, like many other EVs, is compatible with Level 1, 2, and 3 charging. For level 1 charging, use a 120-volt outlet at home. For faster level 2 charging, see if you can have a 240-volt outlet installed at home. When out and about, look for a level 3 DC Fast Charger to really amp up the range.

On those travels, you’ll appreciate technology to provide helpful information and enjoyable entertainment. All of that is found within the Chevy Blazer EV, where you’ll be amazed by the advanced systems.

Take the expansive 17.1-inch diagonal display touchscreen. It houses fun apps that you’ll find when you link your smartphone to either wireless Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto™. More cord-free convenience comes in the form of the wireless phone charger, which keeps your phone’s battery moving towards 100%.

Just as there are cord-free features, there will also be hands-free systems. One is Super Cruise™, which works on compatible highways to deliver more comfortable commutes. The other is the hands-free start system, which only requires you to have the key fob on hand to start up the engine.

The current Chevy Blazer is already known for its sporty style and sleek features. However, this EV edition is about to take it up a notch and breathe new energy into the cabin.

For starters, available red leather upholstery creates a striking interior as you step in. Once you’re situated in the driver’s seat, you can reach towards the flat-bottomed steering wheel, the design of which puts your comfort first.

The current Blazer offers a standard 8-way power driver’s seat with 2-way power lumbar, and it’s likely you’ll see the same or an improved option on the Blazer EV. That comfortable customization will be great for road trips. To store any luggage, the Blazer EV offers split-folding rear seats that allow for up to 59.2 cubic feet of maximum cargo volume.
